Our Story

 

I am a mother of a child with autism who, before eating, would always smell his food. If he didn’t like the aroma, he simply wouldn’t eat it. This led me to create foods that are not only rich in flavor and aroma, but also healthy and made without any preservatives—foods that truly match his taste.

Over time, when my son’s friends with autism visited our home with their mothers, I realized that many of them had similar challenges with food. They were often very sensitive and selective in what they ate. Through this experience, I came to understand that there are many people with unique tastes who are looking for food that is flavorful, natural, and enjoyable.

That’s why I decided to share my creations with others. I began producing a variety of pastes, pickles, and dips that are made with natural ingredients, free from preservatives, and crafted to suit a wide range of tastes. In developing these products, I have also tried to incorporate different cultural flavors and preferences, so everyone can find something they truly enjoy.

Many of my customers tell me they were not interested in cooking before, but since using my products—for cooking or marinating meat, chicken, and fish—they have discovered a new love for it. My pickles and products have gradually become a staple in many kitchens.

The inspiration behind this journey comes from my grandmother, a creative woman who always had wonderful ideas for making food with unique and diverse flavors. In our family, we called her “Bibi,” a respectful Persian term used for women, symbolizing a lady of wisdom, care, and warmth.

That is why I named my brand BB Delights—to keep the memory of my beloved grandmother alive in every product we create.
